The Service
Guidory provides AI-assisted ratings and informational analysis of public YouTube and YouTube Kids channels for informational purposes. The Service is intended for use by adults and parents or guardians of minors.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to derive the underlying source code or data of the Service except as permitted by law;
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Guidory's analyses or scores without prior written consent;

Subscriptions and billing
Guidory Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription billed through the applicable app store. You may cancel renewal at any time from your store account settings. Intellectual property
The Service, including all analysis content, scoring methodology, and branding, is owned by Guidory and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Analysis summaries and ratings are AI-assisted estimates, not endorsements, and final decisions about what content is appropriate for any child remain with the parent or guardian. See our Content Disclaimer for details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guidory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or that we determine in good faith to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Guidory is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app and reflected by a new "Last updated" date.
