You can permanently delete your Guidory account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
From the mobile app
- Open Guidory and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your profile, saved channels, preferences, and reviews are erased.
From the web app
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete account and confirm.
What gets deleted
We remove your account record, profile, saved channels, family preferences, reviews, and any subscription association. Aggregate, non-identifying analytics that cannot be tied back to you may be retained.

If you can't access your account to delete it yourself, email us at support@getguidory.com from the address on the account and we'll process the deletion for you.
